Filler and Fat
Filler and minimally invasive therapies are treatments to replenish age-related loss of volume and to restore youthfulness with minimal downtime. Hyaluronic acid is a natural component of our body that binds water and activates collagen production, making the skin look young and fresh.
Filler does not replace a face lift or any other aesthetic plastic surgery procedure as it is commonly marketed. Filler should rather be viewed as a powerful addendum to the treatment tools available in the aesthetic field and can smooth wrinkles and fill them to a certain extent without surgery.
Any of the anti-aging treatments, or a combination of them can be chosen to smoothen, tighten or fill to some degree your facial appearance, safely without surgery. However, when the effects of age related gravity or the loss of volume is too severe, non-surgical treatment options are no longer well-suited. A soft, but saggy face will neither appear youthful nor attractive. These patients will greatly benefit from a face- neck lift with fat transfer for volume restoration, procedures which require more downtime.
The ideal filler will be determined by your particular anatomy and unique desires. The best facial filler and restorative approach is always geared toward facial harmony and a beautiful, natural appearance.

Different from HA fillers is the injection with you own fat tissue. Lipofilling with Micro and nano fat grafting techniques work in a similar way to injectable fillers, but using your own tissue. The micro and nano fat grafting can be combined with PRP (Platelet enriched Plasma) enhancing the regenerative effect of your fat transfer. The difference to HA fillers is, that it is a small surgical procedure, with some downtime and higher cost, but using your own tissue with all its advantages and disadvantages.

What must be considered after wrinkle treatment with hyaluronic acid?
The effect of the treatment is immediately visible. In order to avoid swelling in the first few days, the tissue is cooled with cooling packs before and after the injection. The puncture sites can be covered with make-up shortly after the treatment. However, you should refrain from exercising or visiting a sauna for at least 48 hours. Minor swellings and bruises may still be visible for a few days. With make-up, however, this can be done well after two days at the latest. Since hyaluronic acid is a body-identical component, it is completely broken down within 6-18 months.
